Conserving Land
Protecting our region’s most critical natural lands is the heart of PLC’s work. PLC is working on several exciting land conservation projects that will protect hundreds of new acres in our region over the next year. All of PLC’s lands and most of our easements are open to the public to enjoy.
Caring for Land
We will monitor every one of our properties, build and maintain trails, mark boundaries, and install informational kiosks and property signs. We will also be ready to legally defend our land and easements if they are threatened with encroachment or misuse.
Building Community
Thanks to many volunteers generously giving their time and talents, PLC will sponsor recreational and educational outings that will get hundreds of people outside on our lands throughout the year.
